Personalised Mr & Mrs Poster

Some of our prints are intentionally produced with a white border - this will be shown clearly in the product imagery and in the product description. This does not change the overall dimensions of your poster size, it is simply a white border around your chosen design.

The size information refers to the total size of the print. The printed image will be slightly smaller than the paper size to accommodate the white border.

Border sizes vary, however the approximate sizes are as follows:

A4 - 1.5cm

A3 - 2cm

A2 - 3.5cm

A1 - 5cm

30cm x 40cm - 2cm

40cm x 50cm - 3cm

50cm x 70cm - 4cm

46cm x 61cm - 4cm

61cm x 91cm - 5cm

We are unable to customise our prints to add/remove white borders.

All of our gold prints are printed and not metallic. The shades and tones of gold varies in each design, however these are never foil which means that they are matte. However when placed behind a glass or perspex frame they will create the illusion of foil.

For our UK customers we ship our A4 prints in double boarded envelopes, all of our larger prints are shipped in postal tubes through Royal Mail 48 (approximately up to 10 business days).

All of the timescales listed above are estimated and exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to the order size.

You can arrange to return your unwanted items via returns centre no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your products.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning unwanted items and these costs are non-refundable.

Our shipping costs are also non-refundable if you return part of your order.

Items should be returned within 14 days of contacting us. Refunds will be paid within 14 calendar days after returning the goods, or evidence that they were returned. Refunds are made via your original payment method (please check with your card issuer for timescales).

Framed art must be returned as a complete item. We can not accept the return of part of the order. For example just the frame or just the art.

We are unable to accept framed art which has been opened/un-packaged. All returned framed art must still be in the original packaging film (resaleable condition).
